At Nexus Biz, we strive to provide exceptional business setup services in Dubai, UAE. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our services.
Due to the nature of our business setup services, which involve government fees, third-party services, and regulatory processes, refunds are subject to specific conditions and limitations as outlined below.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: • Service cancellation before work commences (within 24 hours of payment) • Duplicate payments made in error • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges • Services not delivered as per agreement (subject to verification) • Government fees refunded by authorities due to application rejection Please note that eligibility for refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within the specified timeframes.
The following are not eligible for refunds: • Government fees paid to UAE authorities (DED, free zones, etc.) • Third-party services already rendered (translations, attestations) • Completed consultation sessions • Services already delivered or in progress • Bank processing fees and charges • PRO services already initiated with government departments • Customized packages where work has commenced These services involve third-party costs or completed deliverables that cannot be reversed.
Refund requests must be submitted within specific timeframes: • Service cancellation: Within 24 hours of payment • Error in payment: Within 7 days of transaction • Service not delivered: Within 30 days of expected completion Processing Timeline: • Request verification: 3-5 business days • Approval/rejection notification: Within 7 business days • Refund processing: 7-14 business days after approval • Bank credit: Additional 5-10 business days (bank dependent) Total refund timeline may take up to 30 business days from the date of approval.
To request a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Contact us at info@nexusbiz.ae with your refund request 2. Provide the following information: • Invoice number and payment receipt • Service package details • Reason for refund request • Supporting documentation (if applicable) 3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days 4. You will receive a notification regarding approval or rejection 5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method 6. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated All communication regarding refunds will be conducted via email.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations: • Services partially delivered before cancellation • Government fees non-refundable, but service fees refunded • Third-party costs already incurred • Consultation hours already utilized Calculation of Partial Refunds: • Total package cost minus completed work value • Minus any third-party costs incurred • Minus administrative processing fees (if applicable) The exact amount will be calculated based on the work completed and costs incurred at the time of cancellation.
Special refund considerations: Government Application Rejections: • If your license application is rejected by government authorities due to their policies, government fees are non-refundable • Our service fees may be partially refunded or credited for future applications • Each case will be reviewed individually Force Majeure: • No refunds for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control • Includes: government policy changes, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions Service Substitution: • Instead of refunds, we may offer alternative services of equal value • Credit notes valid for 12 months from the date of issue Package Modifications: • Downgrades to lower packages may result in partial refunds • Upgrades require additional payment
